For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference:

2.4 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or under different aliases, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, agents, or representatives of she789, or members of their immediate families, are not permitted to open an Account or participate in real-money gaming activities on the Platform.
3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Registration must be completed in your own name — registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. she789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to keep your registered information up to date. If any information you provide at registration or subsequently is found to be false, misleading, or materially inaccurate, she789 reserves the right to suspend your Account, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
3.4 Account Currency. Upon registration, your Account will be denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). she789 does not currently support multi-currency wallets. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal values are expressed in IDR.
4.1 Verification Requirement. Before processing any withdrawal request, she789 requires all Users to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is a standard requirement in the online gaming industry and is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft.
4.2 Required Documents. KYC verification requires you to submit a clear, legible copy or photograph of one or more of the following: (a) your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP); (b) your Indonesian Passport; (c) a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your residential address (dated within 3 months). Additional documents may be requested at she789's sole discretion.
4.3 Verification Timeline. she789 aims to complete KYC reviews within 15 minutes to 24 hours of document submission during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases or documents requiring further review may take up to 5 business days.
4.4 Consequences of Failed Verification. If you are unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification, she789 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, limit Account functionality, or permanently close the Account. Any balance held at the time of Account closure will be handled in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and may be withheld pending regulatory review.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. she789 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Payment method availability may change without notice; please refer to the Platform's payment section for current options.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 per transaction for bank transfers, and Rp 25,000 per transaction for e-wallet deposits. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier; please refer to the deposit page for current limits applicable to your Account.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Bank transfers submitted during Indonesian banking hours are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes. Transfers submitted outside banking hours or during national holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are generally processed instantly.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard Account holders. VIP tier members enjoy priority processing with faster timelines. she789 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or different names are not permitted.
5.5 Withdrawal Verification. she789 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be temporarily held where suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or fraud is suspected. Any such hold will be communicated to the Account holder within 24 hours.
5.6 Fees. she789 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. she789 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users only. Specific eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game types, and applicable timeframes, are stated in the individual promotion's terms and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Welcome Bonus. New players are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 20,000,000. This bonus is subject to a 10x wagering requirement for sports bets (minimum odds 1.50) and a 25x wagering requirement for casino and slot games. The bonus must be used within 30 days of activation, after which any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, all bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Progress toward wagering requirements is tracked in your Account dashboard in real time.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. she789 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; placing low-risk or matched bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; and collusion with other players. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.
6.5 she789's Discretion. she789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
7.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event. Game-specific rules are accessible within the respective game interface or sporting market. In the event of any conflict between general Platform rules and game-specific rules, game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, sporting market, and Account tier. she789 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and for any individual Account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected professional or matched betting.
7.3 Voided Bets. she789 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed based on erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account. she789 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a voided bet.
7.4 Sports Betting — Live Markets. Live in-play bets are subject to live odds that change in real time. Once a live bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding. she789 is not responsible for delays between the occurrence of a sporting event and the updating of live odds on the Platform.
7.5 Results Integrity. she789 relies on official sporting bodies and recognized data providers for the determination of results. In the event of disputed results, she789's determination, based on available official data, shall be final and binding.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
9.1 Platform Availability. she789 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. she789 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and will notify Users of planned maintenance where practicable.
9.2 No Guarantee of Winnings. All gaming and betting activities involve financial risk. she789 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the likelihood of any User winning any amount. Past performance of any game or betting market is not indicative of future results.
9.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, she789's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. she789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if she789 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audiovisual materials, and user interface design, is the property of she789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License. she789 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use the she789 name, logo, or any other brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization from she789's management. Unauthorized use of she789's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
she789's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and she789. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing practices described therein.
she789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. 13.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method after applicable checks are completed.
13.2 Termination by she789. she789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or receipt of a self-exclusion request. In cases of Account closure due to fraudulent activity, she789 may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, all licenses granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property rights, and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which she789 is incorporated and holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, as determined by she789 at its sole discretion.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent she789 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
she789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
